The creator behind Auns Cooking Ka

Hi, I’m Aun! I’m originally from Phitsanulok, Thailand, a beautiful city rich in culture, history, and some of the most incredible local food you’ll ever taste. Growing up surrounded by vibrant markets, street food stalls, and home-cooked Thai meals shaped my love for flavour from a young age.

Food has always been at the heart of everything for me. From watching family members cook traditional dishes to learning how balance — sweet, sour, salty, spicy — creates magic on a plate, it became more than just eating… it became storytelling.

Now, I share that passion through my own space online — blending authentic Thai flavours with modern twists, simple techniques, and recipes that anyone can recreate at home. Whether it’s a comforting bowl of noodles, a spicy stir fry, or something sweet and nostalgic from back home, my goal is to bring a little piece of Phitsanulok into your kitchen.
